What Happens In Vegas 2008 DVDRip XviD

Joy McNally is driven career woman who is engaged but when her fiancé grows tired of her uptight attitude; he breaks up with her. Jack Fuller is a guy who likes to goof off, which makes his boss who also happens to be his father, fire him. Feeling down they both go to Las Vegas to forget about what happened to them. When they get there, a computer error puts them in the same room. And after getting drunk, they wake up to discover they got married, which they both want to get out of. But when they win 3 million dollars, the ownership of which comes into question. When they decide to take it to court, the judge decides that they should remain married for 6 months and attend counseling sessions. So Joy moves in with Jack. And they both learn that if one of them asks to get out of the marriage, the other will get the money. So they each try to drive the other to want to get out of the marriage

Ace Of Hearts (2008) DVDRip

The "Ace" in the appealing family film Ace of Hearts is a police dog partnered with a straight-arrow cop. Daniel (Dean Cain) is a veteran lawman in a K-9 unit and the proud caretaker of Ace, a diligent pooch who knows how to track and catch bad guys without ripping them to pieces. Ace's reputation is shattered one day when a smart thief, Torko (Mike Dopud), intentionally injures himself to make it appear that Ace lost control and tore him up. The dog is deemed too dangerous for public work and is ordered euthanized. But Ace escapes, and his flight is covered up, unbeknownst to Daniel. Trying to find his way back home, Ace gets into numerous misadventures while Daniel's young daughter, Julia (Britt McKillip), pursues her own suspicions that Ace is still alive. Julia wants Daniel to believe her and join forces to find their dog. But the reticent policeman has trouble connecting with his earnest girl and brushes off her concerns--until Torko re-enters the picture. Director Daniel Mackay (Ten Inch Hero) makes a crisp adventure out of this slightly suspenseful story. He also focuses just enough on the troubled relationship between Daniel and Julia that one hopes they'll see eye-to-eye before Ace is lost for good, or Julia's persistent curiosity gets her into danger. Of course, there wouldn't be a movie like Ace of Hearts without a dashing, four-legged hero at its center, and on that count Ace is an exemplary hound. --Tom Keogh

Chemical Wedding (2008)

A strange film, probably because it comes from Monty Python's editor, so although it is generally serious, it often has very funny moments mixed with Python's gross surrealism. If you gasped at the exploding fat man in Meaning of Life – wait till you see the magic spell involving the fax machine. The film is about the reincarnation of the legendary Magus, Aleister Crowley, (dubbed the Wickedest man in the World) who has influenced such varied people as the Beatles, Charles Manson and Winston Churchill. It was Crowley who invented the V sign for Churchill. Even Bond author Ian Fleming, who worked for Naval Intelligence, suggested Crowley, to use his occultism against the Nazis.

The film opens in 1947 as the ageing Aleister Crowley, played earthily by John Shrapnel, is visited by a young initiate, to plan an important life saving ritual. Here the themes of the film are introduced. Crowley's occult knowledge of the Bible, his skill at chess, his involvement in Masonry and his anger at L. Ron Hubbard (yes him of the Church of Scientology) who has turned the head of Crowley's rich American disciple, Jack Parsons. (I checked this on the internet - all true) Crowley's rage at Hubbard fires off a heart attack and he dies.
